Sequel Youth and Family ServicesĀ of Huntsville, Alabama named Chris W. RoussosĀ its CEO. Roussos is an 11-year U.S. Army veteran who was formerly the CEO of 24 Hour Fitness. Outgoing CEO John Stupak will chair the Sequel board of directors.


Hartford HealthCare of Hartford, Connecticut has namedĀ Jeffrey A. FlaksĀ its president and CEO effectiveĀ September 1. Flaks, a 15-year member of the organization, succeeds the retiringĀ Elliot Joseph, who has held the position since 2013.

Parata Systems of Durham, North Carolina has namedĀ Rocco VolpeĀ its COO. Volpe has 30 years of technology experience, most recently at Cognex Corporation.

The Chicago, Illinois-based EVERSANA named Bhaskar SambasivanĀ its president of patient services and Chief Strategy Officer. Sambasivan previously was SVP and global head of life sciences at Cognizant, and has worked at Siebel Systems and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
TridentUSA Health Services of Sparks, Maryland named Jim Rockenbach its Chief Sales Officer.

The New York, New York-based Lighthouse Guild will see president-CEO Alan R. Morse retire after an almost-52-year career.Ā Morse is an adjunct professor in the Department of Ophthalmology atĀ Columbia University. He has served on the editorial board ofĀ Ophthalmology, the journal of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and has been a consultant to the Academy’s Vision Rehabilitation Committee.
The Chicago, Illinois-based Chicago School of Professional Psychology will extend the contract of university president Michele Nealon until 2024. Nealon began her career in clinical psychology inĀ Dublin, Ireland, before moving to the U.S. in 1994, where she worked with adolescents in group homes and foster care for more than six years.

The New York, New York-based Healthix has appointed former SVP and Chief Information Officer Todd M. Rogow as president and CEO.
The San Diego, California-based CureMatchĀ hired Katie BreitenbachĀ as its CFO and Viktor NovyĀ as Chief Technical Officer.

BioSurplus of Boston, Massachusetts has namedĀ Leigh DallowĀ head of U.S. business development. DallowĀ has worked in life science and healthcare for more than 15 years, starting in sales for Pfizer, Eli Lilly, and Forest Pharmaceuticals. RWJBarnabas HealthĀ of West Orange, New Jersey named several appointments to its board of trustees, starting with Marc E. Berson as the chair of its board of directors.
