Janice Courtois, MBA, CBET, recently announced that she is a new senior IT systems analyst for HTM at Mayo Clinic. She will create meaningful visualizations and reports for HTM leadership, internal and external customers with CMMS data using Tableau and Alteryx software programs.
She has 20 years of HTM experience in multiple modalities as well as a service manager for an independent service organization.
“I enjoy using my leadership skills to mentor future leaders and to help other HTM professionals become the best resource possible for both internal and external customers. I am a strong believer in supportive accountability in order to produce high quality workmanship and efficient results for healthcare organizations. I constantly look for ways to improve processes for customers and coworkers. I am an active volunteer in the HTM community, both locally and nationally, fostering hundreds of connections with other HTM professionals and vendors,” she shares on LinkedIn.
