“After my time as Team Lead, I’m now leading the department “Compliance and Development Processes” within R&D (Business Line Digital & Automation) – bringing together topics like Lean & Agile Transformation, Process & Training Management, Coaching, Data Privacy, Software Clearing, AI Prototyping, and more,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “This step wouldn’t have been possible without the support, trust, and encouragement of many people along the way – a sincere thank you to everyone who contributed, and especially to my management team.”
