Not too long ago, I came across a video featuring a physician leading his team in a mindfulness and brief yoga exercises session before starting a procedure. Back then, I wasn’t particularly inclined towards such practices in the workplace. However, more recently, I’ve experienced the positive effects of meditation and mindfulness. Now, I find myself strongly advocating for these practices, especially in our high-stress work environments.
