Carolyn Miller, CNMT, RT(N), is a nuclear medicine team leader at UH Samaritan Medical Center. ICE Magazine recently interviewed her to find out more about her imaging career path and her plans for the future.

AdventHealth Medical Group Practice Administrator Ayeska Rosario is thriving in her career. Jason Theadore, vice president radiology operations with AdventHealth Florida Specialty Network and chief operating officer of ambulatory services for the AdventHealth Central Florida Division, nominated Ayeska as a Rising Star in the imaging realm. She recently shared more information about herself and her goals for the future in a Q&A with ICE Magazine.

MadisonHealth’s Daisy Rosas, R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT), RDMS (AB, OB/GYN), is a sonographer as well as an X-ray and CT tech. She holds multiple degrees as well as an academic certificate in diagnostic medical sonography. She is a local product who grew up “in a small town called Rexburg, Idaho” where she now works.

Rylie Pattison, CNMT, RT(N)(CT), earned a Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences and a Bachelor of Science at the University of Findlay before embarking on her imaging career. It is a career that already includes leadership responsibilities in her role as team lead nuclear medicine technologist with University Hospitals Parma Medical Center. ICE Magazine recently asked this rising star about her background and her plans for the future.

Jennifer Ellis, ARRT; R.T. (R), earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Keiser University in Melbourne, Florida to go with an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology. Her education continued on the job where she is now an imaging supervisor with Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital.

Leah Hudkins, RT(R)(MR), MRSO, continues to seek out continuing education opportunities as she reaches new heights in diagnostic imaging. Her education is impressive with an associate degree in radiography, a bachelor’s in medical imaging technology and a master’s in radiologic and imaging sciences.

MU Health Care Radiology Supervisor Beth Benne’s imaging career has not taken her far from home. She graduated from a nearby high school. She earned an Associates of Science degree in radiology from Sanford-Brown in Kansas City and a Bachelor of Biology from Stephens College.

Jonathan Subala holds an occupational associate degree in radiography with ARRT certification and post primary certification in magnetic resonance imaging. His education serves him well as MRI technologist lead with Scripps Clinic John R. Anderson V Medical Pavilion.

Raleigh Radiology Associate Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Carmen Geerlings nominated Christina Allen, RT (R)(MR), as a Rising Star. Christina holds a bachelor’s in healthcare science and currently serves as an MRI supervisor with Raleigh Radiology. ICE Magazine took some time to find out more about Christina via a Q&A session.
