HealthMed360 LLC has reported its acquisition of Prime Medical Imaging Solutions, an imaging equipment parts company. Joining the HealthMed360 team is Prime Medical’s co-founders Andrew Slone and Roy Ponce. Slone is named HealthMed’s director of strategic accounts. Ponce’s title is technical parts specialist. HealthMed360 has also announced that all of Prime Medical’s operations and inventory will be relocated to HealthMed360’s corporate office in Huntley, Illinois.
Originally based out of St. Marys, Ohio, Prime Medical Imaging Solutions focused on high-end diagnostic imaging replacement parts for CT, MRI and PET/CT. Prime Medical provides expert level parts experience internationally.

HealthMed360 is a provider of MRI, CT and PET/CT refurbished equipment, service contracts, parts, parts repairs and mobile rentals. HealthMed360 works with hospitals, imaging centers, clinics, asset management companies and independent service organizations.
