PartsSource of Cleveland, Ohio has named David Brennan its vice president and general manager of service. Brennan most recently led the GE Healthcare Global On-Demand Parts & Services eCommerce business.

 

Accelerate Diagnosis of Tucson, Arizona accepted the resignation of Joan Martin, its executive vice president and head of Europe, Middle East, who will be leaving the company for personal reasons.

 

William F. Carpenter III, chairman and CEO of the Brentwood, Tennessee-based LifePoint Health is retiring upon completion of its pending merger with RCCH HealthCare Partners. Carpenter, a founding employee of LifePoint Health, will join the board of directors of the merged organization, while president and COO David Dill ascends to Carpenter’s role as CEO.

Positron Corporation of Niagara Falls, New York named Adel Abdullah as its president and member of its board of directors, and promoted Aaron Hargrave, a certified nuclear medicine technologist and its director of clinical applications, as vice president.

 

The Nashville, Tennessee-based KEPRO appointed Michael Ansel as chief growth officer. Prior to joining KEPRO, Ansel was chief growth officer for Matrix Medical Network, has been executive vice president of business development for BioIQ Inc., and formerly led corporate development at ScriptSave and PharmMD Solutions LLC.

Bayer of Whippany, New Jersey named Sebastian Guth president of pharmaceuticals, Americas region, effective December 1, 2018. Since 2015, Guth has been executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Bayer’s global pharmaceuticals business; he previously was chief marketing officer for Bayer’s global general medicine business, and had been president and CEO of Bayer Yakuhin Ltd., Osaka, Japan. Guth started his career in the pharmaceuticals industry with Schering AG.

 

The Cranbury, New Jersey-based Experic named Justin Lacombe its director of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing services. Lacombe has spent more than 15 years in pharmaceutical research and development.

 

ClearLight Diagnostics LLC of Sunnyvale, California has promoted interim CEO and Chief Scientific Officer Laurie Goodman to CEO and board manager. Goodman was previously senior director of scientific and medical affairs for Biodesix, and has worked in senior-level appointments at Affymetrix, Monogram Biosciences and Lynx Therapeutics.

 

Jerri Avery

The Oxford Treatment Center of Oxford, Mississippi has added Jerri Avery as clinical director. Avery has spent 20 years in behavioral health care, including as director of the Mississippi Department of Mental Health’s Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services, and most recently, as clinic director for the Acadia Healthcare Jackson Comprehensive Treatment Center. Avery is an adjunct professor at Belhaven University.

 

The Houston, Texas-based Nobilis Health Corp. has named CFO of Operations Kenny Klein as interim CFO, effective immediately; current CFO David Young will continue as an advisor to the company through December 31. The company also named Marty Spake its vice president of corporate development, responsible for investor relation.

Encompass Health Corp. of Birmingham, Alabama (formerly HealthSouth Corp.), will create a south central region inpatient rehabilitation segment inclusive of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma with Brad Kennedy as its president, effective January 1, 2019.

 

Alteon Health of Germantown, Maryland named Steve Holtzclaw its CEO, replacing interim CEO Chris Krubert, who will resume his role with the company’s board of directors.
