Virtual Public Meeting – Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA) Reauthorization for Fiscal Years 2023 Through 2027 – April 19, 2022

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing a virtual public meeting to discuss proposed recommendations for the reauthorization of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments (MDUFA) for fiscal years 2023 through 2027. The current legislative authority for MDUFA expires on September 30, 2022. New legislation is required for the FDA to continue to collect user fees for the medical device program in future fiscal years.
