In these interesting times of keeping the right and qualified people in our facilities, any improvement made with regard to turnover can make a difference in keeping your staff engaged and physically present. What motivates someone to be and stay actively engaged in the workplace is not the same across the board. How can you help encourage this with your staff? The presenter will address leader engagement. This includes levels of communication, (both direct and indirect), as well as the example being demonstrated to the staff. For some, this session will serve as a refresher. For others, it may be the first step in your journey as a leader. Either way, it will be a great tool to have in your leader toolbox.
