John R. Palumbo

NueHealth Holdings LLC of Leawood, Kansas has named John R. Palumbo its executive chairman. Palumbo will be chairman of the boards of each of its five platform companies: NueHealth Performance, ValueHealth, HealthcareRe, Benefit Management and Muve Health. Palumbo is a senior fellow at the Jefferson University School of Population, a senior advisor of Bryant Park Capital, and a senior advisor to Nueterra Capital. He was most recently CEO of HealthRight LLC. 

 

Integrated Oncology Network Holdings LLC of Newport Beach, California, has named Ryan E. White its executive vice president and corporate compliance officer. White was most recently the compliance officer for DaVita Health Plan of California, and has worked in senior compliance and legal roles at Allergan Inc. and McKesson Corp.

 

Pneuma Respiratory Inc. of Boone, North Carolina has added CFO Rich Gimigliano. Gimigliano started with Credit Suisse First Boston, was recruited by Lehman Brothers, and has held senior positions at Montgomery Securities and Thomas Weisel Partners. He hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

 

Ra Medical Systems of Carlsbad, California has named Andrew Jackson its CFO. Jackson was most recently CFO at AltheaDx, and has been CFO at Celladon Corporation.

of Ontario, California has named Will Conaway its new chief information officer. Conaway joins Prime Healthcare from Dignity Health, where he oversaw strategy, operations and growth and enterprise IT healthcare services, and has been chief of staff to the EHR Alliance Activation Director and EHR Program Director.

 

 

Lannett Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has named Maureen M. Cavanaugh senior vice president and chief commercial operations officer, effective May 7. Cavanaugh was most recently senior vice president and chief commercial officer of North American generics at Teva Pharmaceuticals. She has been senior director of marketing for PAR Pharmaceuticals, director of product management and market research for Sandoz, and has held a number of finance, sales and marketing operations positions at Bristol Myers-Squibb. Lannett also named John Kozlowski its chief of staff and strategy officer, and promoted John Abt to vice president and chief quality and operations officer. Kozlowski joined Lannett in 2009 as chief operating officer; Abt has served for the last three years as vice president of quality and has been vice president of U.S. operations for Teva.

StarMed of St. Louis, Missouri has added Lane Baker as director of advanced practice recruitment. Most recently, Baker worked at Robert Half Legal; she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a JD and MBA from the University of Missouri.

 

Heritage Pharmaceuticals of East Brunswick, New Jersey, has named William S. Marth its president and CEO of North America and Europe, and of the company’s parent, Heritage Pharma Holdings Inc. Marth also will join the company’s board of directors and that of its affiliates Marcan Pharmaceuticals and Emcure Pharma UK.

He was most recently president and CEO of AMRI, and of Teva Americas. The company also added John W. Denman as president of Heritage Pharmaceuticals Inc. He was most recently president and CEO of the sterile products division of Renaissance SSA LLC. Denman has also worked for Renaissance Pharma Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals and Sandoz Inc.

 

Stradis Healthcare of Waukegan, Illinois named Wes Owen head of its medical device packaging division. Owen has previously worked in sales and business development positions for MWV Healthcare and for Bristol Myers Squibb.

 

Welltower Inc. of Toledo, Ohio has added Keith Konkoli as senior vice president of real estate services, succeeding the retiring Mike Noto. Konkoli joins Welltower from Duke Realty Corporation.

of Fountain Valley, California named Dru Dobbs its president, succeeding Richard Bjorkman, who will continue as the company’s CFO in a contractor role.

 

Three Rivers Provider Network Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada has hired Bryan Hunziker as senior vice president of business development and partnerships. Hunziker has worked with Intracorp, CCN/First Health, StrataCare Inc., Prime Health Service, Inc., MCMC and Preferred Medical Network. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oregon State University and a master’s degree in social services from San Diego State University.

 

Versiti Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin has named Brian Bautista its executive vice president and chief operating officer. Bautista was most recently area vice president of Shire, formerly Baxalta, and holds a doctorate of pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

 

CVS Health of Woonsocket, Rhode Island has named Kevin Hourican president of CVS Pharmacy. Hourican was most recently served executive vice president of retail pharmacy for CVS Pharmacy, and held leadership roles at Macy’s and Sears Roebuck before joining the company in 2012. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and a master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University.
