During this presentation, Jessica Chambers, MHA, RT (R)(CT), Director of Clinical Operations, at SSM Health, will take you on their process improvement journey in CT, to demonstrate how they went from an average turnaround time of 130 minutes down to 70 minutes for abdominal CTs with oral contrast. We hope by sharing their struggles and successes, you can take some ideas back to your CT departments and reduce the turnaround time for your abdominal pain patients and reduce the overall length of stay in the ED.

Jessica Chambers, MHA, RT (R)(CT) has 22 years of imaging experience with her career staring with the U.S. Air Force as a radiology and CT technologist. After an honorable discharge in 2007, Jessica has continued her career with SSM Health as the Director of Clinical Operation Imaging Services, with oversight of 3 hospitals and 4 outpatient imaging centers.
