In this session, participants will recognize women’s daily operational challenges and barriers that stunt their career growth in the imaging and bio-medical industries. Join Nicole Dhanraj, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMP, CPPS, CSSBB, CRA, R.T (R)(CT)(MR), Independent Business Advisor and Support Specialist as she discusses the aims to raise awareness of these gender challenges and help attendees implement strategies to overcome these obstacles to support a more inclusive and diverse workforce. There will be a call to action to help support women’s growth, reduce the biases across industries, and create safe psychological workspaces for women.
