This general session will provide viewpoints from a variety of esteemed representatives of the imaging profession on lessons learned from 2020.

During this presentation, we will use humor to demonstrate how approaching employee morale post-COVID has to pull out tools never considered appropriate before COVID.

Within our health care industry, there is an emphasis on increasing workplace diversity. As a result of the changes in the workplace demographics, radiology leaders have to be able to lead and influence persons with varying values and beliefs.

Developing and maintaining a capable workforce is only one area that in-house programs, and those hoping to bring some services in-house, are challenged to manage to build a successful service program.

There are many behaviors that technologists can display to help minimize the fears that are felt by our patients. It is important to be empathetic towards our patient’s needs in order for them to have a more positive experience.
