We often think we support diversity, but do we truly understand the stereotypes our team faces? Are you aware of the challenges various ethnic groups face in your department? In this presentation, we will review what diversity means in radiology departments and delve into a discussion of why we are limited in implementing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies across the industry.
