As the baby boomer generation phases out of the workplace, the millennial generation of worker has a new set of expectations and motivations they bring into the workplace. This presentation will cover how to attract this generation of workers, and what it takes to keep them happy and continue to motivate them. We will cover how employers can attract and retain the millennial generation into their health care systems including how to recruit and attract the younger generation and figuring out what it takes to keep them motivated. Attendees will become an expert on keeping this generation happy in the workplace.
