Limes to Margaritas! – Employee Morale Post COVID

COVID is like a fart that never really clears the room. Its lingering presence has made obtaining positive employee morale not only challenging but truly exhausting for leaders. During this presentation, we will use humor to demonstrate how approaching employee morale post-COVID has to pull out tools never considered appropriate before COVID and share some insights as to how the University of Texas Medical Branch has taken their Limes and made PITCHERS of Margaritas for their team even bleeding into ambulatory clinic settings.
