Who likes change? I do! I love change. Change makes life interesting. Change causes, maybe even forces, us to grow. Even if the change is unwelcome, dealing with it makes us more resilient, stronger and teaches us things we would otherwise not know. While performing my usual “research” on the wonderful WWW, I ran across an inc.com article on the 7 questions that sort of test your smarts. The title of the article is “If You Say Yes to Any of These 7 Questions, Science Says You’re Definitely Smarter Than Average.” Even though most run against conventional wisdom. (Which in itself is a sign of intelligence, since conventional wisdom is so often wrong.)
I recently found myself responding to a couple of emails by saying “Apologies for the delayed response.”

When people enter into the process of communication, it truly is a negotiation for the understanding of the message which is being discussed.
How can you communicate if you remove a most important requirement of good communication? Good communication begins with the telling of the what and the why and then providing what can be expected of the message.
I always advise that, prior to any encounter, you should determine and be prepared to answer at least 10 likely questions.
A common theme appears to be that everyone should strive hard to be a leader. Leadership is the ultimate goal for all and anyone not yearning for this prize has no ambition and will end up an unhappy follower.
